There are many many buddha statues in tiny slots u see on this picture, each one is donated by people for prayer. Can't recall exact amt, think its abt TWD 30,000 ea.

3.Swallow Caves



at least 3 volunteer were killed while building the inroad through the caves when they reach the area where u see the temples located. Hence, they decided to build the temples to stop further accidents from occurring. There's some story to it that Tour guide was telling us. Amazing how they manage to dig through the mountains and even build a Temple.
